Dislike I would have to say. Most sperm is salty, not a bad or foul taste, however swallowing, I feel can also be a health issue. If a person is on medications or has say Hep C or HIV then this will go into the stomach and be absorbed into the blood stream. Some semen is sweet. It depends on what a person eats. I have heard it been said that celery will make the liquids of the ejaculation have a more pleasant or sweet nectar taste.
I also feel you are correct in saying it depends on how the female or partner is feeling. It may be a personal decision on the female feelings toward the male. If the intimacy and love for a person is between the 2 of them, a female may want to have this part of her partners fluid inside of her. So, you may be correct on your gut instinct of how she is feeling.
Also how a person is raised by parents, church, society can play a factor on whether she feels it is degrading etc. Porn movies are made by men for men. Ignore them as an education as a way to treat a person you care about. A female is more emotional, while the male is more visual.......Tune into her feelings, communicate, communicate, communicate.................I cannot stress that enough. When you both find common ground and understanding you will have a happy and healthy sex life.
